Ready to Elevate your Social Media Game?
Let’s get you started with our Course today!
As a social media manager, you know how hard it can be to keep up with the constantly changing social media landscape. It's even harder when you're starting out and you don't have that much knowledge on how to translate clients' needs effectively or how to develop strategies that drive results
We’ve been there, and we understand how frustrating it can be
Story Time
We didn’t start out as the confident strategists we are today.
In the beginning, we were doing what most new marketers do — trying to make sense of a crowded industry with resources that never fully spoke to our context. We kept searching for straightforward, practical guidance, but everything we found felt one step away from our reality.
Most of the “beginner-friendly” information online was either too theoretical, too advanced, or shaped around American or Western business norms. The examples didn’t match our markets. The language didn’t fit how our clients operated and the advice often assumed access to tools, budgets, and systems that simply aren’t common here.
So we learnt the hard way.
We struggled to build strategy from scratch because no one was teaching the basics in a way that made sense locally. We had to figure out how to adapt global best practices into something usable for African businesses; the small teams, the inconsistent digital literacy levels, the cultural nuances, the on-the-ground realities.
Finding our voice wasn’t easy either. When you’re surrounded by content that doesn’t reflect your environment, it takes time to understand how to communicate in a way that resonates — and how to help clients do the same. But step by step, it clicked. Our work started landing. Our clients saw results. We built a reputation for clarity, reliability, and messaging that actually works here.
We could have kept going quietly, but we knew the struggle we faced wasn’t unique. Too many aspiring social media managers hit the same wall: lots of information, very little that’s practical, contextual, or aligned with the markets they’re serving.
This course is our response to that gap, a way to give you the foundation we wish we had at the start: simple, applicable strategy rooted in the realities of African businesses.

The session will cover the fundamentals of any strategy. This is essential for anyone who wants to pursue a career in social media and content strategy. The framework is based heavily on content strategy because as you may know, content is in everything we see on the internet. By the end of the session, you will be able to create a social media and content strategy for any social media campaign
-
The first meeting with your client is the most important one as this is where you get to understand their needs and goals. In this session, you will learn how to ask the right questions that will help you learn more about your client and how best to serve their business or brand. The goal is to help you identify the underlying problems your client may have and learn how to interpret them into strategies that would work for them.
-
Content is pointless if you don’t know who it is targeted to. In this session, we will dive into understanding the customer and their buying intent. This is how you know what information they are looking for and what content you need to create. By the end of the session, you will know how to conduct efficient research and come up with content ideas that will attract the right audience for your clients.
-
Once you have great ideas, planning helps you bring them to life consistently.
This lecture walks through our proven framework, the 30-60-90 approach, content calendars, and systems for managing approvals and scheduling.
-
You can know how to post and schedule content on social media, but if you can’t organize your work, communicate effectively with your client from the beginning to the end of your working engagement, things will fall apart. Learn how to organize, communicate, and manage your everyday tasks as a Social Media Manager.
-
The primary way to measure the effectiveness of your social media ideas, content or campaigns is through Social Media Analytics. In this lecture you will understand what each metric tells you and why reporting is fundamental while offering Social Media Management services.
